Busy busy busy

A friend of mind asked how come my property management biz was taking up so much time the other day, and after going through the three purchase transactions I ran through this month, I started counting up the number of vacancies and new leases I’ve signed recently.

In the last quarter, I’ve had 9. Yes, that’s right, NINE. And I’ve done most of the standard cleanup/painting/handiwork myself. No wonder I can’t remember my own name most days of the week.

Still, I’ve found the time to get out there and go rafting and wakeboarding this year. Sigh. I’ve decided that I love water sports.

OK… back to my to-do list…
