I got a psuedo-spam from linkedin today that asked me to create a custom link to my LinkedIn profile. Two clicks later, I have:

http://www.linkedin.com/in/johnny

Kinda surprising my first name was available. Seems like a great gimmick for improving pagerank. Hey! Create a custom profile page and link to it publicly!

(Guess I fell for it.)
