Rental Pricing Tool
As a property owner, I figure out the market value of homes I have for rent by looking at craigslist and “surveying” the current asking prices over the last several days based on comparable listings.
Seems like a piece of software that did that would be worth a few dollars per month in ad revenue.
It’s a digital world
It’s a digital world. Thanks to the habits I’ve formed from media playback on my laptop, DVR/Tivo, and iPod, I found myself looking for the rewind button on my car radio yesterday. And yes, it was a live broadcast, and yes, I felt insanely slick.
